Ingrédients :

  • 16 door de visverkoper gefileerde tongfilets
  • 16 door de visverkoper gefileerde tongfilets – 60 g gepelde Noordzeegarnalen
  • 100 g vlees van gekookte mosselen
  • 100 g Parijse champignons
  • 1 grote sjalot
  • 2 dl droge witte wijn
  • 3 dl visfumet
  • 3 dl room
  • 20 g peterselie
  • zout
  • peper

Marche à suivre :


  1. Rol de tongfilets op en steek er eventueel een houten tandenstoker door om ze samen te houden.
  2. De sjalot en de champignons snipperen.
  3. De witte wijn, de visfumet en de gesnipperde sjalot samen in een kookpot doen.
  4. Aan de kook brengen en vervolgens de room en de champignons toevoegen.
  5. Peper en zout toevoegen en op een zacht vuurtje laten inkoken tot de saus een ietsje dikker is.
  6. De tongfilets pocheren in die saus. Ze mogen niet te gaar worden.
  7. De tongfilets uit de saus halen en opzijzetten.
  8. De saus terug aan de kook brengen en laten inkoken tot ze de juiste dikte heeft.
  9. Het vuur afzetten en de saus afwerken met het vlees van de mosselen en de Noordzeegarnalen, die absoluut niet mogen koken.
  10. De tongfilets op het bord schikken en met saus overgieten.
  11. Opdienen met gestoomde aardappelen.

Been here~ 1 year ago and today, 9th May 2025.We took Beurre à l'ail gratinées (Knoflookboter gegratineerd), Escargots de Bourgogne (Bourgondische slakken) and Spaghetti Léon.And I couldn't be more disappointed, the once delicious gratinées mussels are now tasteless.The spaghetti were overcooked, the sauce bland.And don't get me started with beer prices, the Leon beer 50cl is 9,75 EUR!The guys running the tables are great though, service is 5 *.Sorry, but you won't see me soon.

Le cadre est vraiment très sympa. La cuisine est bonne mais ne vaut pas le prix de certains plats. Attention, l'eau en carafe n'est proposée qu'aux groupes (??). Pour les petites tables il vous faudra payer l'eau en bouteille.

女子3人旅で利用。20時予約だったが18:30くらいに入店させてもらった。外には行列があったので、予約するのがベター。店員さんは皆フレンドリー！飲み物含め全て美味しかったが、ムール貝のガーリックグラタンは特にお勧め。そのままでももちろん美味しいが、汁をバケットにつけてみてほしい、、飲み物に関しては、お土地柄、ビールがチョイスされやすいが、ぜひキールロワイヤルを飲んでいただきたい！(こちらの不手際でグラスの中身をこぼしてしまったが、快く無料で交換してくださった。本当にありがとうございました)

2025年3月末に訪問。ブリュッセルに観光に来たからには、ベルギー料理を頂こう、ということでベルギー料理全般を提供し、有名でもある同店を訪問。ムール貝、クリームコロッケ、フリット、ビールなど一通り頂き、満足度は高い。特にムール貝は名物ということもあり、量も、味も、ほかの地域で頂くものと比べて非常に良質。貝から出たスープも美味しく、一緒に提供されるパンを浸して食べるのが、これまた美味。ビールもベルギービールを複数提供しており、同店オリジナルのビールもあり、とても美味しい。

Was surprised to see the sub 4 overall review… everything was spot on in my opinion… we had eaten at a higher rated restaurant last evening and it was good… but tonight was excellent!!! Highly recommended

To make sure you get in, call at least a day ahead and make reservations -- but do make reservations! This was a fantastic meal. The atmosphere is chaotic in the best way and the food was the best we had in Brussels. Leave room for dessert (you have room even if you think you don't, but the way) become it was quite nice as well.

Nous avons choisi de découvrir la carbonnade flamande et le Stoemp au lard et saucisse et n’avons pas été déçus ! Un vrai régal. Nous avons été bien accueillis au début, et les serveurs et membres du restaurant étaient sympathiques. Cependant, notre serveur n’était pas particulièrement agréable. Malgré cela, la qualité de la nourriture et l’ambiance chaleureuse restent un très bon souvenir.

Nos decidimos a ir a comer a este restaurante después de ver anteriormente buenas reseñas y vídeos de TikTok, pero fue toda una decepción.La calidad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear, los mejillones no tenían sabor a nada.La salsa de la carne estaba buena pero no hubo nada destacable, no es un sitio que recomendaría.También se equivocaron cuando pedimos los cafés (nos trajeron 3 cafés solos por 5€ cada uno), pero teníamos ganas de salir de allí y no dijimos nada.El trato de los camareros fue agradable, pero el precio de la comida es desorbitado para lo que es.

It's fine, not sure what the hype is though - I've definitely had better moules and better frites. The waffle was sad and soggy, actively avoid.

Nous avons choisi de découvrir la carbonnade flamande et le Stoemp au lard et saucisse et n’avons pas été déçus ! Un vrai régal. Nous avons été bien accueillis au début, et les serveurs et membres du restaurant étaient sympathiques. Cependant, notre serveur n’était pas particulièrement agréable. Malgré cela, la qualité de la nourriture et l’ambiance chaleureuse restent un très bon souvenir.

Nos decidimos a ir a comer a este restaurante después de ver anteriormente buenas reseñas y vídeos de TikTok, pero fue toda una decepción.La calidad de la comida dejaba mucho que desear, los mejillones no tenían sabor a nada.La salsa de la carne estaba buena pero no hubo nada destacable, no es un sitio que recomendaría.También se equivocaron cuando pedimos los cafés (nos trajeron 3 cafés solos por 5€ cada uno), pero teníamos ganas de salir de allí y no dijimos nada.El trato de los camareros fue agradable, pero el precio de la comida es desorbitado para lo que es.
